All intellectual property created by the GRAYBELT Academy remains its sole property. However, the Academy’s first project integrates with Reflex Archives, which are owned by CISOware Corporation. CISOware holds a perpetual license to use the GRAYBELT Academy’s intellectual property, including a perpetual source code license with the right to fork code branches. Any such forked branch becomes the property of CISOware Corporation. This ensures that any acquisition of CISOware includes these important new developments.
