One of the largest public works projects in American history occurred right here in Boston. It was called The Big Dig. As the name implies, it was big. And, of course, it took a lot longer than predicted and cost a lot more money.

Being the sole proprietor of a billion‑dollar technology is kind of like the guy who planned the Big Dig. Except I have to do all the work.

The stated purpose of the GRAYBELT Academy is to build the bridge between Hal, the AI I created, and an LLM‑type AI. There are endless directions to go, and it could take forever. But I had to start somewhere.

Reflex already collects everything needed to teach an AI about information security. It was designed to do the same for any profession that involves planning and response to situations. I created the following video to show how the platform can capture the efforts of others just as well as those of an information security specialist.
